Kristin Schultz is an artist, writer, psychologist, activist, and person with lived mental health experience. She has published writings, is writing a memoir about her mental health journey, she works as a psychologist doing neuropsychological testing, and she volunteers her time helping others with mental health conditions and their loved ones.

In her drawings she uses bold contrasting colors to highlight the complexity, divisions, and intensity of her inner experience. Her writing is raw and honest, unafraid to shine a light on her personal journey.

Her artwork has been selected for a Juried Exhibition at Concord Center for the Visual Arts (Concord Art) in Concord, MA from February 26, 2026- March 26, 2026 and an exhibition at Gallery Twist in Lexington, MA from April 10, 2026-May 10, 2026.
